Twin Star Orchards

Twin Star Orchards are the apples behind Brooklyn Cider House and famous for the slogan "Ugly apples taste better." The Brooklyn Cider House, the one actually in Brooklyn, has been hosting weddings for awhile now. But great news, the New Paltz location now hosts weddings as well. Twin Star Orchards has a ginormous barn tasting room, a pavilion, a large pond and, yes, an orchard. I can personally vouch for the wood-fired pizza, the cider and the beauty of lounging around their pond. The orchard is normally open from April to mid-November.
